A simple, tough outdoor shirt. The synthetic fabric is tightly woven so wind can't whistle through, spray and drizzle seems to run off the fabric – I can't tell if that proofing is due to the fabric itself or a treatment applied to it – I like both those quite unusual features a lot!
A couple of pockets on the front, Vecro tabs to hold them closed. The shoulders are lined with mesh, so the back is ventilated.
I'd say the fit is slightly tailored, intended to be close fitting rather than baggy. To my mind that fit is more about fashion than technical/practical design, while the look is smart, that close fit tends to restrict movement – when I start flailing about with a fly rod about I can feel a certain tightness across my shoulders and back. These come as Medium, Large and Extra Large and Extra Extra Large. I'd mentally shift your expectations, if you are normally a Large, expect to need a Extra Large, etc.
The fit may not be to my (portly) taste, but a well made, well finished outdoor shirt.
