‘Hooked up’ to a defibrillator …

Anglers who fish two Anglian Water reservoirs have donated their catches to be sold locally throughout the year to raise money for a good cause, with the potential to save lives.  This year Rutland Water anglers have raised £2,700 while Grafham anglers contributed £1,300. The total raised has enabled the utility company to purchase two defibrillators for use at the reservoirs.

This would not have been possible without the hard work of the wardens who prepared the fish for sale locally, said a spokesman.
